Education may seem like a distant goal for students who have disability of some kind. However, several states are into administering useful financial aids in the form of scholarships for just these kinds of students. 1) Learning Disabilities Association This scholarship is especially for the students facing learning disabilities and in need of financial aid. Eligible students include those suffering from dyslexia, ADHD, etc. 2) National Association Of The Deaf This is one of the oldest and largest organizations providing financial aids to nearly 28 million deaf students. 3) National Federation For The Blind This scholarship is an exclusive financial aid resource for the blind students. However, for the students to be eligible for this scholarship, they need to be pursuing a degree program in a US college. 4) Ethel Louise Armstrong Foundation This scholarship offers financial aid especially to the physically challenged female undergraduate students. 5) Disability Support Services Scholarship In order to be eligible for this particular scholarship the students need to confirm disability under the American with Disability Act. 6) Johanna Fisher Scholarship This particular scholarship requires the applicant to be a resident of Maryland and have either a learning or physical disability. 7) Easter Seal Society [...]

However, with all these useful scholarships for the minority students, financial aid is no more a problem. 1) Hispanic College Fund Hispanic students demonstrating an acute need for financial aid are eligible for this $500 to $5000 scholarship. 2) The Black Student Fund This important scholarship is awarded in conjunction with the BSF Member Schools.
