COTT (Committee Of Ten Thousand) is an independent , peer-led, grassroots non-profit organization. It is a support organization for persons with HIV and persons with hemophilia who contracted HIV/AIDS from tainted blood products.

COTT’s Rachelr Warner Scholarship is for those with any bleeding disorder.  Through this scholarship COTT honors Rachel Warner who worked actively for the hemophilia community. The Rachel Warner Scholarship can be used from high school through graduate school. The scholarship is meant for students with hemophilia or any bleeding disorder.

The fund awards $ 1,000 scholarships each recipients. The application is available at :  http://www.cott1.org/fullstory.html?id=50. The application packet must include:

  • One page essay about you past and proposed plans
    One page letter from your teacher or instructor briefly describing you
