The American Australian Association awards fellowship for the Australian students for their advance study in United States. There are around 9 fields for which the fellowships are allocated. Chevron Scholarship is for those who wish to conduct research in Geosciences that too at the top US educational or research institution. Those interested in applying for this scholarship must be citizen of Australia or permanent citizen. The fellowship can be utilized for study and research in the field of Geosciences including geology, geophysics and reservoir engineering. The scholarship award of $25,000will and is awarded to only one person who can utilize it for accommodation, research, living expenses, travel fees and for miscellaneous purposes. The Hydrocephalus Association works toward eliminating the challenges faced by those suffering from Hydrocephalus through support and lending a helping hand in pursuing their education. The scholarship for 2010 has been announced and those interested can opt for this scholarship. The interested applicant must be between 17 & 30 years old and has Hydrocephalus. The scholarship fund is purely meant to be used for educational purpose and can be used for tuition, books, housing or an expense directly related to the education experience. The applicant must be involved in a four year or junior college study, a high school post-graduate year to prepare for college, in technical or trade school, in an accredited employment-training program or for a post-graduate program.
