The Eta Rho Omega Community Foundation offer annual scholarships to Africam American High School Students. The students need to satisy the following conditions to receive this scholarship: Must be African American High School Students must have involved in community service for atleast 20 hours Application must include the following: Autobiographical Essay of two typed pages mentioning educational and occupational aspiration  and how  you are planning to give back to African American Community after Completion of college or university studies Reference letter from school church or community official Official transcript to be sent in a separate sealed envelop If you have any queries regarding the scholarship you can e-mail your queries to info@etarhoomega.org or refer to the scholarship website – www.etarhoomega.org/ . The application must reach the concerned authority no later than April 16, 2010 The scholarship amount is $ 500 dnd will be awarded to the recipients at the annula Baccalaureate program in the month of June 2010.

The Coca Cola Foundation First Generation Scholarship is a school nominated scholarship for students who are first in their immediate families to attend college. The Coca Cola foundation offers this scholarship through 400 campuses across United States. If you belong to American Indian Community and the first to attend college in the entire family you have the bright chances to gain support from the Coca Cola scholarship. A joint effort of Coca-Cola Bottlers & Coca Cola Company created Coca Cola Scholars Foundation to support the higher education for highly deserving students of United States. Around 250 students get scholarships annually with fifty students for four year $ 20,000 ($ 5,000 per year) and 200 students for four years, receiving total amount of $ 10,000 ($ 2,500 per year). You need to fulfill requirements to be eligible for this scholarship: US Citizen, U.S National, U.S permanent resident, temporary resident (legalization program), refugee; Asylee;; Cuban-Haitian Entrant; or Humanitarian Parolee Must have a minimum 3.00 GPA at the end of your junior year of the high school Planning to pursue a degree at an accredited U.S post secondary institution Currently in high school or home school senior thinking of graduating from a school or program in the United States during the academic year in which the application is made The application form and other details regarding the scholarship are given at: https://www.coca-colascholars.org/.
