Rhodes Scholarship, a scholarship established by Cecil Rhodes who dreamt and aspired to bring the able students from all the English speaking world to Oxford University an effort to bring in international understanding and peace.

The elected scholars are taken care by Rhodes Trustees for two years at the University of Oxford. All the educational costs like matriculation, laboratory, tuition and other fees is incurred by the trustees. Moreover they are allotted with maintenance allowance as living expenses.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicant must be US Citizen
  • Must be atleast 18 years of age but not more than 24 yrs of age by October 1, 2010
  • Plans to have a Bachelor’s degree by October 11, 2010
