The American Psychiatric Foundation (APF) works to make people aware of mental awareness and the effective treatments available. Through its Helping Hands Grant Programs, The American Psychiatric Foundation has invited Medical students to apply for Mental Health Service Project Funding. The funds will be allocated to the medical schools whose students’ project will be approved. The projects created and managed for underserved minority communities will be given first preference. The program is supported by Otsuka American Pharmaceutical, Inc. AEN Academy Of Emergency Nursing which also runs Emergency Nursing Association Foundation (ENAF) which is a charitable non-profit, tax exempt corporation. The purpose of the foundation is to improve and enhance emergency health care services for the public. It promotes research and education in emergency care and supports all administrative functions of ENAF. The ENAF offers CEN Renewal Assistance Scholarship. The scholarship is for current CEN candidates expiring between October 2010 and June 2011. In order to be eligible the applicant must be a current member of ENA. 14 candidates will be selected for the scholarship and their Full CEN Renewal Fee will be paid by the academy.
