The American Society Of Radiologic Technologists is a membership association for medical imaging technologists and radiation therapists. The foundation offers several entry level and professional scholarships for those who want to pursue their studies in radiology The German-Cahoon Student Scholarship Program: it is an entry level scholarship for students in radiography, sonography, magnetic resonanc or nuclear medicine program. Five students will receive this scholarship of $ 2,500 each. The candidates interested in applying must be enrolled in an accredited radiologic science program with a 3.0 out of 4.0 GPA or a B average in radiologic science courses. The main purpose of the scholarship is to bridge the gap between the future American leaders and the island of Ireland.
