The Vermont Horse Council is a non-profit organization which has devoted completely to the equine world. It works to support the youth who are involved in the equine world and are interested in making a career too.
Those who are pursuing advance training in equine studies or are involved in occupations which are in direct support of the horse industry, Vermont Horse Council has come up with a scholarship for them. Cliff Murray and Floyd Fuller Scholarship is named after Cliff & Floyd to honor for their contribution & dedication towards the council.
The scholarship has been devised for the college going students who are pursuing a degree course in any animal science field.
Eligibility requirements:
- Applicant must be a resident of Vermont
- Applicant’s school must be a provider of quality education in equine studies or related program and must meet the approval of VHC Scholarship Committee
Along with the application you also need to submit:
- Resume with your name, address, phone number, parents name, address, phone number, schools attended and grades and work experience, if any
- Two letters of reference (one from experienced horse person who can confirm your interest in equine studies and another from your instructor or guidance counselor from an academic or equine related environment)
