The Arc Of York County is a non-profit organization that works to improve the life of those facing intellectual disabilities. It promotes and improves the services for people with intellectual disabilities. The Dudley and Sylvia Kramer Memorial Scholarship is awarded by the Arc of York County.

  • To apply for this scholarship the student must be:
  • A resident of York County, Pennsylvania
  • Demonstrate a need for tuition assistance
  • Must be engaged in an educational pursuit with a goal of working with persons with mental retardation. Those who currently working with the mentally retarded people are also eligible.
