Fireside Catholic Publishing has come up with Fireside Essay Scholarship to honor Catholic Education by recognizing top high school religion students. Five eligible candidates will receive $ 1,000 each.

For the student to be eligible you only need to a senior enrolled in a catholic high school in the 2010-2011 school years. For this application not only the student who participates but also the faculty who teaches the students has to participate.

To apply for the scholarship the student needs to write an essay of not more than 250 words along with a faculty representative form and send it to the concerned person no later than December 6, 2010 to:
