Reaching Out To Cancer Kids (R.O.C.K) program, of the American Cancer Society is especially devised to scholarship opportunities to the cancer survivors. It provides them the necessary funding to pursue their undergraduate degree from accredited Florida University, Community College and Vocational Technical School.
Eligibility:
- Must be a cancer survivor
- Diagnosed with cancer before age 21
- Must be under 21 to apply
- Must be resident of Florida
- Currently enrolled in an accredited school in Florida
Scholarship details:
The college scholarship worth $ 3,000 is for tuition plus $ 300 per year for text books. Scholarships are limited to a maximum 130 semester credit hours over a maximum of five years or whichever comes first.
