Sertoma Scholarship for Hearing Impaired Students
Disability of any form and type should not be a hitch for any students, Sertoma a service organization has come up to help the hearing impaired students who face unique challenges in the traditional learning environments.
The scholarship is meant to relieve some of the tension associated with the college. The Sertoma is a scholarship is for students with clinically significant bilateral hearing loss. The best part is the funds received can be used for any term including the time and year of the scholarship awarded.
- Citizen of United States
- Minimum 40dB bilateral hearing loss as revealed in audiogram by an SRT of 40dB or more than that in both ears
- Currently pursuing bachelor’s degree in any discipline, students of associate degrees, graduate degrees, community college or vocational programs are not eligible.
