There are several different scholarships available for the undergraduate and graduate students. Many of these scholarships are for exclusive needs. Just like there are various scholarships available for the students suffering from disability of some kind. A few of them are listed here:
1) Award Of Excellence Asthma Scholarship Program:
This scholarship program is administered by the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. This $100-$1000 award is available only for the physically disabled high school students.
2) Bill McAdam Scholarship Fund:
This is an exclusive scholarship facility for the undergraduate students, who have been diagnosed with hemophilia, bleeding disorders or other disabilities. This is an annual scholarship facility.
3) Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Scholarship:
This special scholarship is aimed at providing financial help to students, to help them continue their college education. This is offered to young adults suffering from Cystic Fibrosis.
4) Hemophilia Health Services Memorial Scholarship Program:
This scholarship program is for people suffering from Hemophilia and other related bleeding disorders. Only US citizens with hemophilia are eligible for this scholarship facility.
5) Pfizer Epilepsy Scholarship Award:
This yearly scholarship facility is for an amount of $3000. This caters to students showing academic and extra curricular excellence and suffering from epilepsy.
6) Eric Marder Scholarship Program:
This scholarship is administered by the Immune Deficiency Foundation. Eligible students include those suffering from primary immunodeficiency as classified by WHO.
7) Matt Stauffer Memorial Scholarship for Young Adults Affected by Cancer:
In order to be eligible for this award, the students must be in the age limit of 15-40 years and suffering from cancer. This is for an amount of $1,000.
8) Hemophilia Resources of America:
The Hemophilia Resources of America Scholarship is for the citizens of US, who are suffering from Hemophilia or other related bleeding disorders.
9) Eric Dostie Memorial College Scholarship:
Only students suffering from hemophilia or related bleeding disorders can apply for this scholarship. In order to be eligible, one must be a citizen of US and be enrolled in a full time college program.
