The Salvatore E. Quinci Foundation works to provide better quality of life for individuals and families directly or indirectly affected by Hemophilia, hepatitis C and HIV. Those students who have been diagnosed with Hemophilia or other bleeding disorders are the rightful candidates to try for this scholarship. Also you need to be currently enrolled in an accredited University, college, vocational/technical school. The application is available on : http://www.seqfoundation.org/index.php . The application packet must include: Letter from the hospital or treatment center confirming the diagnosis of hemophilia or other bleeding disorders. 1 page written statement on, Discuss your future educational and vocational/career goals and how you plan to use the scholarship money. Official transcript of high school or college grades. Two letters of recommendation, one letter should be from a teacher from whom you took a class. The Christopher Petkin Memorial Scholarship has been created by Hemophilia Foundation Of Southern California  in the memory of Chris Petkin  who was a health policy consultant, advocate, president of foundation and a leader in the hemophilia community. Factor Support Network is a full service pharmacy  that works to provide medication for hemophilia and von Willebrand disease. It maintains the communication and monitors  network between the client, physician and manufcaturers. It is closely associated with physicians and hemophilia treating center and maintains updated inventory  of the clients and to provide medication in case of emergency. The Factor Support Network is offering financial assistance for men  with bleeding disorders and their immediate family members  in the form of Mike Hylton & Ron Niederman Memorial Scholarship. Eligibility Criteria: Must be U.
