The Alan H Conklin Business Aviation Management Scholarship is one of the several scholarships granted every year by National Business Association a well known organization and has been a reliable source which has helped many companies for their successful growth in aviation industry. The scholarship was established by Conklin & de Decker in co-ordination with NBAA for undergraduates pursuing their careers in business aviation management. The scholarship is named after Al Conklin a U.S Air Force veteran and business aviation leader for more than 60 years. The 2010 NBAA & Conklin & de Decker will award a student $ 5,000 who fulfills all the eligibility criteria and is enrolled in an aviation management program at a University Aviation Association (UAA) member school. She also served as chair of the NBAA Annual Meeting & Convention Local Committee. The UAA Janice K Barden Aviation Scholarship is meant for the citizens who fulfill the eligibility criteria. The scholarship is for all US citizens irrespective of their sex, race, religion or national origin.
