COTT (Committee Of Ten Thousand) is an independent , peer-led, grassroots non-profit organization. It is a support organization for persons with HIV and persons with hemophilia who contracted HIV/AIDS from tainted blood products. COTT’s Rachelr Warner Scholarship is for those with any bleeding disorder. Through this scholarship COTT honors Rachel Warner who worked actively for the hemophilia community. The Rachel Warner Scholarship can be used from high school through graduate school. The scholarship is meant for students with hemophilia or any bleeding disorder.
