The American Psychiatric Foundation (APF) works to make people aware of mental awareness and the effective treatments available. Through its Helping Hands Grant Programs, The American Psychiatric Foundation has invited Medical students to apply for Mental Health Service Project Funding. The funds will be allocated to the medical schools whose students’ project will be approved.
The projects created and managed for underserved minority communities will be given first preference. The program is supported by Otsuka American Pharmaceutical, Inc.
Eligibility:
- All medical schools are eligible to apply
- The participants in the project must be in their second, third or fourth year of medical school
- All the projects must be conducted under the supervision of medical faculty
