National Tourism Foundation and Travelers Conservation Foundation gave rise to Tourism Cares a non-profit organization aims at preserving the natural, cultural and historical sites so that our coming generation can have  the same travel experience as we have now.

It provides grants to preserve and protect such places and also lends a helping hand to the students who are pursuing their career in hospitality and tourism through their various scholarship programs.

Tourism Care has come up with many scholarships in the form of graduate scholarships, graduate research scholarships and internship opportunities. The scholarships are meant for undergraduate and graduate students who are currently enrolled in the school. The scholarship is merit based and not need based.

Students applying to whichever given scholarships must submit all the documents  along with correctly and completely filled application form by March 22, 2010 5pm. •    ASTA Arnold Rigby Graduate Scholarship, two at $2,500 each
•    ASTA Avis Budget Group Graduate Scholarship for $2,000
•    ASTA Healy Graduate Scholarship for $1,000
•    ASTA Joseph R. Stone Graduate Scholarship, three at $2,500 each
•    NTA Arnold Rigby Graduate Scholarship for $1,000
•    NTA Canada Undergraduate or Graduate Scholarship for $1,000
•    NTA Dave Herren Memorial Undergraduate or Graduate Scholarship for $1,000
•    NTA Dr. Tom Anderson Graduate Scholarship for $1,000
•    NTA Eric Friedheim Graduate Scholarship for $1,000
•    NTA Pat & Jim Host Undergraduate or Graduate Scholarship for $1,000
•    NTA Québec Undergraduate or Graduate Scholarship for $1,500

•    NTA Yellow Ribbon Undergraduate or Graduate Scholarship for $5,000

•    ASTA Holland America Line Graduate Research Scholarship for $4,000
•    NTA Luray Caverns Graduate Research Scholarship for $3,000
ASTA and NTA Academic Internships in the Washington, DC area:
•    ASTA David J. Hallissey Memorial Undergraduate or Graduate Internship for $2,000
•    NTA Mayflower Tours Patrick Murphy Undergraduate or Graduate Internship for $2,000
