A strong committed feeling towards promoting Golf in Collier, Charlotte and Lee Counties in Florida, WCI Communities Inc and Mercedes-Benz  of Fort Myers have joined hands together as Fort Myers Jr. Golf Foundation for supporting excellence in sport.

The scholarship is meant for those who are talented, show interest & complete devotion towards golf. The graduating high school junior player are the right candidate to apply for the scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Currently residing in Collier, Charlotte or Lee counties
  • Applicant must be Graduating high school senior
  • Must have been or the current member of WCI/Mercedes Benz Jr. Golf Foundation
  • Must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 system, or its equivalent

The scholarship award is  $ 5,000 and will be awarded to those with who fulfill all the criteria. The Athletic and Academic achievement award gives special considerations to those with scholastic achievements, involved in community service, achievement in golf and golf tournament and financial need.

The Application packet must include a copy of academic transcript and an official documentation of SAT and/or ACT test scores.
