Applicant must be a college/university sophomore and junior, attending a four-year Pennsylvania college or university. (Applicants must be enrolled in an energy or environmental related program).Applicant must submit at least a 500 word essay on “What does Pennsylvania derived energy sources (Coal, oil, natural gas, etc.) mean to our region? Scholarship awards will be sent to the respective winning applicant’s college or university, requiring the signature of both upon enrollment.
