Graduating senior or a current UCM student who holds a valid amateur radio license and plans to pursue a degree at UCM. To be eligible to apply, a student must: a. be a graduating high school senior who has been accepted to and plans to be a full-time student at UCM; b. hold a valid amateur radio license; c. be worthy, deserving and of good moral character. |
