student must be an incoming graduate student at UCM (however, if no graduate students apply or are deemed ineligible, undergraduate students may be considered), be pursuing a degree in Industrial Hygiene at UCM, have a minimum overall cumulative GPA of 2.5, be an international student from Nigeria or be from a U.S. inner city, express an interest in returning to an inner city or African homeland to work and encourage others to seek higher education, demonstrate financial need. |
