| Eligibility Criteria |
sophomore with at least 2.50 GPA majoring in CAAS or CABS. The student must have completed at least twenty hours at Nicholls State University. The student must also have a recommendation from a NSU faculty member, who is not part of the Chef John Folse Culinary Institute and a recommendation from an American Culinary Federation-Bayou Chapter active member, who is not part of the Chef John Folse Culinary Institute faculty. |
