    Open to legally blind women studying religious or classical music at the college level. Must be U.S. citizen. Must submit evidence of legal blindness; official transcripts; proof of college/university acceptance; 3 letters of recommendation; performance tape of voice/instrumental selection (30 minutes max.); and typewritten statement (no more than 3 double-spaced pages) describing the field of study you are pursuing, educational and personal goals, work experience, extracurricular activities, and how scholarship monies will be used.
