* Completed and signed copy of the applicant's or parent(s)/guardian(s) 2009 1040 tax return
* Resume
* Letter of recommendation
* Essay on one of the following topics: What a Higher Education Means to Me, My Long Term Career Goal Is..., or America Needs to Support Veterans and the Active Duty Because (Essay should be double-spaced, typed in 12 point font on 8 1/2" x 11" paper and paper clipped, no staples.) |
