Applicant must be a female at Bowie State University. Applicant must have been or is currently a Ward of the Court, and is receiving the Maryland Foster Care Tuition Waiver, or the D.C. Tuition Assistance Grant. Applicants must have a 2.5 GPA or better. Applicants must agree to actively participate in Angela's Circle of Sisters mentoring organization. |
