| Eligibility Criteria |
* The scholarship recipient (s) must be registered and remain registered as a full time student for the quarter he/she receives the scholarship at Louisiana Tech University.
* Scholarship (s) will be awarded annually with disbursement quarterly.
* The scholarship recipient must be majoring in education and following the curriculum toward grades 4 – 8 certification or grades 6 – 12 certification. In addition, the recipient must show great promise for the teaching profession.
* Preference shall be given to a student who intends to teach or will student teach in grades 6 through 8.
* The scholarship shall be given to a junior or senior level student
* The scholarship recipient must maintain at least a minimum 3.0 GPA in all official college courses.
* The scholarship shall be intended to assist the recipient in paying any college education costs which would otherwise be paid to Louisiana Tech by the student.
