This scholarship are available to a resident of the tri-state area (West Virginia, Pennsylvania or Maryland within a 75-mile radius of Cumberland) for three years prior to attending FSU, and be a full-time junior or senior at the time of receipt of the award with a declared sociology, social work or education major and a concentration in sociology. |
