    Submit 6 copies of the completed application and the following supporting materials: academic transcripts, including a separate list of relevant courses taken; 2 completed reference forms from faculty members who have knowledge of your abilities; samples of your work; description of your research goals; a 2-page statement regarding your plans for continuing studies in theoretical photogrammetry; and papers, research reports, or other items that indicate capability in these fields. Note: Electronic submissions encouraged.
