The recipient must be a single mother, divorced or never married, of one or more children. She must be a student in good standing, enrolled in 12 credit
hours or more per semester in a degree program at Harris-Stowe State University and has demonstrated the ability to succeed. The required GPA for this award is C (2.0) or better. |
