| Eligibility Criteria |
The student must be physically challenged and may be "chair-confined" but does not have to be. -Must have serious financial difficulties. -Could not go to college without this financial aid! -Must have a history of satisfactory performance in the past. At least a B+ average must be proven! -Must be a high school senior or college freshman. No graduate students can be considered! |
