Documentation of financial need (Most recent tax return).
• Proof of residence (i.e., invoice from utility bill).
• Two (2) letters of recommendation.
• 2.5 Grade point average (C+) or better.
• Verification of enrollment.
• Most recent transcript of grades (2008-2009 School Year).
• Completed scholarship application. |
