Must be a degree-seeking undergraduate student, Charlotte W.Newcombe Foundation scholars are choosen from the degree seeking undergraduate students. Must be enrolled at least half time (minimum of six (6) credits). Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.

? Must be at least Junior status (minimum of 56 credits earned toward degree)
