Students must be first generation and first in their immediate family to go to college; they must be immigrants. -Students must be enrolled full-time in an accredited community college or four-year university during the period for which scholarship is requested -Students must demonstrate financial need -Students must be U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents -Students must demonstrate a history of consistent, active participation in public and/or community service activities. GPA 3.0. |
