| Eligibility Criteria |
Applicant must be Missouri residents currently residing in the district previously known and designated as the Clear, Cayhoga, Muddy Creeks Watershed District.Recipients shall be Northwest freshman or sophomores, freshman minimum 2.0 cumulative high school GPA, and sophomores minimum 2.5 Northwest cumulative GPA. Eligible recipients shall have demonstrated good school and community citizenship, and all other factors being equal, financial need may be the determining factor |
