| Eligibility Criteria |
Open to non-Michigan residents with 30 or more transfer hours and a minimum 2.75 GPA. Equal to the difference between in-state and out-of-state tuition for the academic year. Renewable for two additional consecutive years if student maintains a minimum 2.50 GPA, non-Michigan residency and full-time enrollment Participation in the Legacy Program replaces this award.
