    Students are eligible for nomination by their 2-year, degreegranting institutions throughout the U.S. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents; completing a minimum of 100 hours of community service in the twelve months prior to nomination; planning to enroll in at least 2 courses during next term at a 2-year, degreegranting institution, and have a minimum 2.5 GPA at time of nomination.
