This scholarship are available for legal residents of a county on the Delmarva Peninsula (i.e., State of Delaware, the Eastern Shore of Maryland or the Eastern Shore of Virginia) whose obtained regular admission and enrolled as a full-time graduate student in a master’s or doctoral degree program at UMES. |
