    Open to Connecticut residents enrolled in a Connecticut accredited nursing program (NLN or AACN). is eligible to apply. The nursing program must be a that is a CLN Supporting Member. Applicants must demonstrate scholastic ability, professional potential, and financial need. Baccalaureate degree applicants must have completed the 3rd year of a 4-year program. Associate degree applicants must have completed the 1st year of a 2-year program. Diploma applicants must have completed the 1st year of a 2-year program. Registered nurse applicants in an upper division nursing program must be entering the senior year of the nursing curriculum.
