| Eligibility Criteria |
Must be a non-resident of Ohio, new freshmen or students beginning classes Fall 2010 with no more than 30 credit hours, have a minimum 3.0 cumulative high school GPA and a minimum 21 ACT composite score or 980 SAT score (Critical Reading & Math). International students must meet the minimum equivalency of a 3.0 cumulative GPA, but are not required to submit ACT or SAT scores. Recipients must attend Cleveland State full-time. |
