Currently a full-time student in a graduate program that prepares students for careers in state and local government finance and expecting to be enrolled in the spring semester of the year for which the scholarship is awarded (including graduates of that spring semester). 2] Baccalaureate degree or its equivalent. 3] Citizen or permanent resident of the United States or Canada. 4] Recommendation from student's academic advisor or dean of the graduate program. |
