| Eligibility Criteria |
Be a United States citizen. Have graduated from high school with a cumulative high school grade point average of at least 3.0 GPA. Be a new college student who has never attended another college or university. Be accepted into Chaminade University as a regular, full-time, undergraduate day-student. Be charged the maximum full-time, undergraduate day-student tuition for the academic year. |

Student should see the Bishop of American Samoa. If the student is deemed worthy of recommendation, the Bishop will complete a nomination form and write a letter of recommendation that will be returned to Chaminade University of Honolulu. Generally, only one student per parish can be recommended. Exceptions may be permitted. |
