The applicant must be an Eagle Scout, Girl Scout Gold Award recipient or an Explorer Scout and must have completed and submitted. The student may receive an academic award (Dean's, Provost, Presidential, or Trustee) and in addition be recognized for his/her achievement in Scouting. |
