Students 24 years of age or older who are residents of Minnehaha, Lincoln, Turner, or McCook counties, must have successfully completed a minimum of six credit hours in a course of study in a degree-granting program and be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours per academic term at an accredited educational institution. |
