    Must be a college student enrolled in an accredited college or university with minimum 3.0 GPA; or high school senior in the top 25% of class, or have at least ACT 20 or SAT 950 score, or minimum 3.0 GPA; or be enrolled for training in a technical school or be returning to school after an absence to retrain job skills or obtain a degree. Based on character, leadership, service, financial need, scholastic ability, and special criteria set by the donor.
