This Scholarship are available to students who are Hawai’i residents, preferably Boys and Girls Club of Hawai’i members on Oahu, to attend any University of Hawai’i campus. The scholarship is intended to pay for all costs associated with attendance. Contingent upon final approval by the University, distributions authorized under this Agreement. |

| Eligibility Criteria |
Recipients must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.00 or above to obtain the scholarship and must maintain a 3.00 GPA while at the University of Hawai’i at Manoa in order to renew it. |
