This scholarship was established as a memorial to Ms. Gloria Jean (Scott) McElhannon. Applicants must be admitted to Clayton State, be enrolled full-time, have a minimum 2.5 GPA, and must demonstrate financial need which is determined by completion of the 2011-2012 FAFSA. Preference will be given to minority students. Entering freshmen are eligible to apply. |
