    Apply online with your Golden Key member number. Attach an engineering-related paper/report (not to exceed 10 pages). Attach an essay (no more than 2 pages) describing the assignment for writing the paper, what the greatest challenge was in writing the paper, what lessons were learned from completing the assignment, and if you were to re-do the report, what would be changed. Attach a letter of recommendation from a professor in the discipline and an official academic transcript. NUMBER OF AWARDS/YEAR: 3
