| Eligibility Criteria |
1) Be of Hispanic heritage or African American 2) Be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident with a permanent resident card or passport stamped I-551 (not expired) 3) Have a minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. 4) Be a Junior enrolled full-time in a degree-seeking program at a U.S. accredited institution in the U.S., or Puerto Rico in the 2010-2011 academic year. 5) Be majoring in Business, Legal or Liberal Art disciplines. 6) Have a permanent or school address in: Alabama; Florida; Georgia; Indiana; Maryland; North Carolina; Kentucky; Puerto Rico; South Carolina; Tennessee; Virginia; Washington D.C.; West Virginia. 7) AND/OR attend an accredited institution in the ABOVE locations. 8) Must apply for federal financial aid by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) |
