Eligibility Criteria :Applicants must be the son or daughter of an ISPE member in good standing and should be among the top 5 candidates for the IPSE/M.E. Amstutz Memorial Award Scholarship; attend an Illinois university; be enrolled in an Accreditation Board of Engineering and Technology program; be at least a junior; have a ‘B’ average or better in those courses that are accredited toward the engineering degree; and show evidence of financial need.
